I love Bucharest and I see its high potential for tourism. As an investor, a host and and interior designer I am here to help you grow your business in hospitality. I’ve teamed up with experienced legal and financial advisors and hospitality managers to help you not only with design, but with all aspects of this intricate business of short time renting in Romania.

Have you found an apartment to purchase or you already own one and you don’t know if is suitable for short term rental? Want to know its potential? Myself and my collaborators will provide you with an initial assessment and guide to the process of setting up a legal, well designed and profitable business and save you a lot of time and money.

2. Listing upgrades, staging and professional photography for hosts

You have an active listing and it doesn’t perform as well as you expected or it used to? I will check your listing description and help you update your photos. In just 24 hours I can rearrange your furniture and coordonate with a professional photographer upgrade your visuals.

3. Interior upgrades

Are you transitioning from a long term rental to a STR or your interior just needs some updates to be more visible among other listings or be more comfortable for guests? With a minimum investment I can help you create an oasis for your guests and stand out in searches.

Absolutely loved this place! It was super easy to get to and incredibly comfortable. As an American visiting Europe, I've sometimes found accommodations to be a bit tight or not quite up to the "standard" I'm used to - but this one was the complete opposite. Spotlessly clean, beautifully remodeled, and really well-designed. The location was perfect, and the home itself was just beautiful. I'd definitely stay here again!
